Access All Areas Film festival 2009 presents a program of Australian Features and shorts across NSW.

In 2008, for the first time a film festival was made
fully accessible for people with a disability in NSW. Access All Areas Film Festival (AAAFF) 2008 visited 5 regional cities throughout November culminating in a special event in Sydney on December 3rd to celebrate International Day of People with a Disability. Taking place November 16th to December 3rd 2009 the annual AAAFF is hitting the road again, presenting a brand new program of Australian features and short films across NSW.

All films will be audio described, captioned and wheelchair accessible and introductions and Q&A sessions will be Auslan interpreted. The festival demonstrates how easy it can be to make cultural life accessible to all, and we hope it inspires others to follow suit. The Access All areas Film festival is organized by the not for profit company The Festivalists Ltd and co-presented by the NSW Department of Ageing Disability and Home Care (DADHC).
